Silence! The King is listening- GNO Tour 2022

After a successful series of performances on the Greek National Opera Alternative Stage at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center that enthused children and grown-ups alike, Nikos Kypourgos and Thomas Moschopoulos’ sparkling musical Silence, The King Is Listening travels to six cities across Greece. An ideal introduction into the wonderful world of music for children of all ages, Silence, The King Is Listening will be enchanting audiences with its humour, poetry, and subversive spirit from 6 to 19 May 2022.

The first stop of Silence, The King Is Listening’s tour will be the Thessaloniki Concert Hall, where it will be presented in the hall “Emilios Riadis” for five singular performances on 6, 7, and 8 May. After Thessaloniki, the performance will continue its journey to Serres (“Asteria” Municipal Theatre of Serres, 10/5), Komotini (Municipal & Regional Theatre of Komotini, 12/5), Veria (Veria Municipality Arts Centre, 14/5), Ioannina (Ioannina Municipality Cultural Centre, 16, 17/5) and Patra (Apollon Municipal Theatre, 19/5). All performances, apart from those in Thessaloniki, will be held with free admission.
